目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定田七牙膏中三七总皂苷含量的方法。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈、水按比例进行梯度洗脱;流速:1.0ml·min-1;检测波长:203nm;柱温:35℃,进样量为20μl。结果三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1的线性范围分别为32.56~260.48μg.ml-1、48~384μg.ml-1和27.2~271.6μg.ml-1。平均加样回收率为96.8%(RSD=1.1%,n=5)。结论本方法简便可行,准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于田七药物牙膏的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Panax notoginseng saponins in Tianqi toothpaste by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃ , Injection volume of 20μl. Results The linear ranges of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 were 32.56 ~ 260.48μg.ml-1, 48 ~ 384μg.ml-1 and 27.2 ~ 271.6μg.ml-1, respectively. The average recovery was 96.8% (RSD = 1.1%, n = 5). Conclusion The method is simple, feasible, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Tianqi drug toothpaste.
