目的:建立山豆根非生物碱部分的质量控制方法。方法:薄层色谱法(TLC)定性鉴别其中的糖、有机酸、皂苷和酚类物质,并用紫外分光光度法定量检测糖、皂苷和酚类的总含量,用酸碱滴定法定量测定有机酸的总含量。结果:薄层板上可鉴别出含有糖、有机酸、皂苷和酚类四大类物质。分光光度法测得总糖、皂苷和酚类物质的含量分别为54.37%、4.74%和4.40%。酸碱滴定测有机酸的平均含量为9.40%。结论:本方法简便,重现性好,适用于山豆根非生物碱部分的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for quality control of non-alkaloids in Sophora canadensis. METHODS: Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was used to qualitatively identify sugars, organic acids, saponins and phenols. Quantitative determination of sugars, saponins and phenols was performed by UV spectrophotometry. Quantitative determination of organic acids was performed by acid-base titration. The total content. Results: Four types of substances, including sugars, organic acids, saponins, and phenols, can be identified on thin plates. Spectrophotometric determination of total sugar, saponin and phenolic content was 54.37%, 4.74% and 4.40%, respectively. Acid-base titration measured the average content of organic acids was 9.40%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of non-alkaloids of Sophora canadensis.
