肿瘤酶学在肿瘤基因治疗中发挥着重要的基础作用。其中对细胞色素P4 5 0酶的研究可促进深入理解肿瘤的生物学特性和优化肿瘤治疗方案。转载酶基因 /前体药物治疗的实验室和临床研究极大的推动了它的发展和应用。前体药物在肿瘤生理环境下 ,由肿瘤内特异表达的P4 5 0酶或转载的P4 5 0酶代谢活化。本文对细胞色素P4 5 0活化前体药物的基因治疗方法中诸如结构和功能关系、药动学参数、特异性载体、乏氧环境 ,细胞调亡以及临床用药顺序和剂量等各种影响因素的进展进行了综述 .
Tumor enzymology plays an important fundamental role in tumor gene therapy.
