本文应用二次回归旋转组合设计研究了四种蜘蛛(食虫瘤胸蛛Oedothorax iasecticeps,拟水狼蛛Pirata subpiratica,粽管巢蛛Clubiona japonicola和菱头跳蛛Bianar hotingchlehi)复合种群对白背飞虱Sogateila furcifera若虫的捕食作用及交互效应。对白背飞虱捕食的数学模型为: Y=13.1492+0.4583x_1-0.125x_2+0.625Zx_3+1.0417X_4+13.9583x_5-0.9375x_1x_2+0.4375x_1x_3-0.0625x_1x_4+2.25x_1x_5+0.1875x_2x_3+0.1875x_2x_4-0.3125x_2x_5-0.6875x_3x_4+0.5625x_3x_5+0.0625x_4x_5+0.1008x_1~2-0.2742x_2~2+1.2258x_3~2+0.1008x_4~2+4.4758x_5~2 对上述模型进行了主效应及两个变量对一个因变量交互作用反应面分析。结果种间、种内个体间均存在干扰效应,这与田间调查结果一致。白背飞虱若虫的被捕食数与四种蜘蛛间形成多种形状的反应面。
In this paper, quadratic regression rotation combination design was used to study the effects of four populations of spiders (Oedothorax iasecticeps, Pirata subpiratica, Clubiona japonicola and Bianar hotingchlehi) on Sogateila Predation and interaction of furcifera nymphs. The mathematical model for whitebacked planthopper feeding is: Y = 13.1492 + 0.4583x_1-0.125x_2 + 0.625Zx_3 + 1.0417X_4 + 13.9583x_5-0.9375x_1x_2 + 0.4375x_1x_3-0.0625x_1x_4 + 2.25x_1x_5 + 0.1875x_2x_3 + 0.1875x_2x_4-0.3125x_2x_5- 0.6875x_3x_4 + 0.5625x_3x_5 + 0.0625x_4x_5 + 0.1008x_1 ~ 2-0.2742x_2 ~ 2 + 1.2258x_3 ~ 2 + 0.1008x_4 ~ 2 + 4.4758x_5 ~ 2 The main effects of these models and the interaction of two variables on one dependent variable Response surface analysis.
