采用双波长薄层扫描法比较不同煎煮方式对黄连汤中小檗碱含量的影响 ,结果表明合煎使小檗碱的含量降低 ( 55% )。
The effect of different boiling methods on the content of berberine in Huanglian Decoction was compared by the dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method. The results showed that the combined decoction reduced the content of berberine (55%).
