[目的]明确丙硫菌唑对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果。[方法]采用盆栽法测定丙硫菌唑原药对黄瓜白粉病的室内毒力,并在田间进行制剂药效试验。[结果]83%丙硫菌唑原药对黄瓜白粉病具有良好的防治效果,其活性略高于95%苯醚甲环唑原药;田间试验中40%丙硫菌唑悬浮剂的90 ga.i./hm~2剂量处理对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果优于10%苯醚甲环唑可分散粒剂在180 g a.i./hm~2的防治效果。[结论]40%丙硫菌唑悬浮剂对黄瓜白粉病具有良好的防治效果,且对黄瓜生长安全,对环境和非靶标生物无不良影响。
[Objective] The research aimed to clarify the control effect of prothioconazole on cucumber powdery mildew. [Method] The indoor toxicity of prothioconazole to cucumber powdery mildew was determined by pot experiment and the efficacy test was carried out in the field. [Result] 83% prothioconazole had good control effect on cucumber powdery mildew and its activity was slightly higher than that of 95% difenoconazole. In the field experiment, 40% of prothioconazole suspension 90 ga The control effect of the dose of .i. / hm ~ 2 on cucumber powdery mildew was better than that of 10% difenoconazole dispersible granules at 180 g ai / hm ~ 2. [Conclusion] 40% prothioconazole SC had a good control effect on cucumber powdery mildew, and it was safe for cucumber growth and had no adverse effect on environmental and non-target organisms.
