目的：对比国产和进口占替诺烟酸盐针剂治疗急性期血栓性脑梗死的效果是否一致。方法：用随机双盲法治疗２０９例病人，国产组１０８例，用国产占替诺烟酸盐针剂，进口组１０１例用进口同一药物，剂量均为ｄ１３００ｍｇ，ｄ２～６用６００ｍｇ／ｄ，ｄ７～１４给９００ｍｇ／ｄ加入１０％葡萄糖液中缓慢静脉滴注，１４ｄ为一个疗程。用神经系统缺失定量表评估疗效，治疗前后作了多种实验室检查。结果：国产组和进口组的总显效率分别为７１．３％和６３．３％，总有效率分别为８９．８％和９５．０％，Ｐ皆＞０．０５。结论：国产占替诺烟酸盐治疗急性期动脉硬化性血栓性脑梗死的疗效和进口同一药物相似，是满意的，也是安全的。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of domestic and imported zaniconil in the treatment of acute thrombotic cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 209 patients were treated with randomized double-blind method. The patients in domestic group were treated with domestic zaniconic injections. 101 patients were imported with the same drug, d1300mg, 600mg / d, d7 ~ 14 to 900mg / d by adding 10% glucose solution slowly intravenous infusion, 14d for a course of treatment. Nerve system with a lack of quantitative assessment of efficacy of the table, made a variety of laboratory tests before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rates of domestic and imported groups were 71.3% and 63.3%, respectively. The total effective rates were 89.8% and 95.0% respectively, all of which were> 0.05. CONCLUSION: The efficacy of domestic zaniconiol in the treatment of acute arteriosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction is similar to that of the imported same drug, which is satisfactory and safe.
