目的探讨厚朴不同炮制品对金黄色葡萄球菌体外的抑菌作用。方法采用微生物检测法中的碟管二剂量法。结果厚朴不同炮制品对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径分别为:姜汁厚朴(T1)20.69 mm、(T2)18.31 mm;厚朴生品(T1)19.49 mm、(T2)17.18 mm;姜紫苏汁厚朴(T1)19.38 mm、(T2)17.28 mm;酒制厚朴(T1)19.21 mm、(T2)17.13 mm;醋制厚朴(T1)19.11 mm、(T2)16.99 mm;水制厚朴(T1)18.88 mm、(T2)16.72 mm。结论姜汁厚朴对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑制作用,厚朴生品、姜紫苏汁厚朴、酒制厚朴对金黄色葡萄球菌具有明显的抑制作用,醋制厚朴、水制厚朴对金黄色葡萄球菌有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the antibacterial effects of different processed products of Magnolia officinalis on Staphylococcus aureus in vitro. The method uses the dish-dose two-dose method in the microbial detection method. Results The inhibition zone diameters of different processed products of Magnolia officinalis against Staphylococcus aureus were 20.69 mm (T1) and 18.31 mm (T2), and 18.49 mm (T2) and 17.18 mm (T2) of Magnolia officinalis (T1). Juice Magnolia (T1) 19.38 mm, (T2) 17.28 mm; Baked Magnolia (T1) 19.21 mm, (T2) 17.13 mm; Vinegar (T1) 19.1 mm, (T2) 16.99 mm; Park (T1) 18.88 mm, (T2) 16.72 mm. Conclusion M. officinalis has a strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus. Magnolia officinalis, Ginger officinalis and Magnolia officinalis have significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus. Staphylococcus aureus has a certain inhibitory effect.
