盛龙花园场地溶岩不良地质作用较发育,溶洞埋藏较浅,且透水性强。以往在该类场地建高层都采用冲钻孔桩或挖孔桩,工程进展极为困难。深圳市建筑设计研究总院接手该项目二期施工图设计,在众多质疑中首次成功地在浅埋溶岩地区采用预应力混凝土管桩桩筏基础,使工程得以顺利完成,取得良好效果。介绍了该工程桩基设计及其曲折过程,以资同类工程借鉴。
Shenglong garden site relatively unfavorable geological features of lava, cave buried shallow, and strong water permeability. In the past, the construction of high-rise sites of this type adopted red-perforated or dug-hole piles, and the progress of the project was extremely difficult. Shenzhen Architectural Design and Research Institute took over the construction of the second phase of the construction design, in many questioned for the first time in a shallow area of shallow lava area prestressed concrete pipe pile raft foundation, the project was successfully completed and achieved good results. This paper introduces the design of pile foundation and its twists and turns, with reference to similar projects.
