目的:优选金茵清热口服液半仿生提取的工艺条件。方法:采用均匀设计,以绿原酸得率,栀子苷得率,总酚酸得率和干浸膏收率为指标进行综合评价,优选金茵清热口服液半仿生提取的工艺条件。结果:优选的三煎用水pH依次为A=2.89,B=6.50,C=8.43;煎煮总时间D=2.0 h。结论:结合生产实际,确定3煎用水的pH依次为3.0,6.5,8.5;煎煮时间依次为1.0,0.5,0.5 h。
Objective: To optimize the semi-bionic extraction of Jin Yin Qingre oral liquid. Methods: With uniform design, the synthetic conditions of chlorogenic acid yield, geniposide yield, total phenolic acid yield and dry extract yield were comprehensively evaluated. Results: The optimum pH of three fried water was A = 2.89, B = 6.50, C = 8.43. The total boiling time was D = 2.0 h. Conclusion: According to the actual production, the pH value of 3 fried water is 3.0, 6.5 and 8.5, and the boiling time is 1.0, 0.5 and 0.5 h respectively.
