采用有限元方法,利用Abaqus商用软件,对TGO(thermally grown oxide)层局部生长引起的残余应力进行了数值模拟计算,在TGO内部是否存在孤岛对应力分布的影响进行了对比分析。结果表明:当不存在BC孤岛时,TGO凸起的底端应力集中明显,容易发生开裂、破坏;当存在BC孤岛时,能够极大地增加涂层的应力,并且在BC孤岛处形成了明显的应力集中,导致破坏。从而为氧化层的失效判断以及热障涂层寿命预测提供一定的帮助。
The finite element method was used to calculate the residual stress caused by the growth of thermally grown oxide (TGO) layer using Abaqus commercial software. The influence of the islands on the stress distribution in the TGO was analyzed. The results show that when there is no BC island, the stresses at the bottom of the TGO bulge are concentrated and easily cracked and destroyed. When the BC island is present, the stress of the coating can be greatly increased, and the formation of obvious Stress concentration, leading to destruction. So as to determine the failure of oxide layer and thermal barrier coating life prediction to provide some help.
