目的探讨老年T2DM下肢深静脉瓣功能不全与下肢周围神经病变的关系。方法对43例老年T2DM患者,行下肢静脉二维彩色多普勒超声检查及肌电图检查,按静脉瓣功能不全程度分组进行秩和相关分析。结果右腓运动神经潜伏期与下肢静脉瓣功能不全程度呈正相关(P<0.05),左腓、双胫运动神经潜伏期与下肢静脉瓣功能不全程度呈显著正相关(P<0.01);左腓感觉神经传导速度与下肢静脉瓣功能不全程度呈负相关(P<0.05),双腓运动神经传导速度、双胫及右腓感觉神经传导速度与下肢静脉瓣功能不全程度呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论下肢深静脉瓣功能不全程度可能与下肢周围神经病变程度相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between deep venous insufficiency of the lower extremities and peripheral neuropathy in the lower extremities in T2DM patients. Methods Forty-three elderly patients with T2DM underwent two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography and electromyography of lower extremity venous blood using rank-sum correlation analysis according to the degree of venous insufficiency. Results The latency of the right peroneal motor nerve was positively correlated with the degree of venous insufficiency in the lower extremity (P <0.05). The latency of the motor nerve of the left foot, the shin and the tibia was significantly positively correlated with the degree of venous insufficiency of the lower extremity (P <0.01). The left peroneal sensory nerve The conduction velocity was negatively correlated with the degree of venous insufficiency of the lower extremity (P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between the conduction velocity of the bilateral peroneal motor and the tibiofemoral sensory nerve conduction velocity and the degree of venous insufficiency of the lower extremity (P <0.01) . Conclusions The degree of insufficiency of deep venous valve in lower extremity may be related to the degree of peripheral neuropathy in lower limbs.
