一、概述目前国内外对型砂湿度进行检测和控制的方法虽很多,但具有良好使用效果和经济价值的却较少。近期生产上采用较多的还是烘干法和电测法。针对我厂新铸工车间的砂处理系统,具有一定的自动化水平(配料均已实现了自动控制)而混砂周期又不允许过长(2~5分/次)。很显然,用烘干法是无法实现型砂湿度的自动调节的;用电测法虽然既简单又迅速,但由于对型砂成份、紧实度等的变化较敏感,故其使用效果也不甚佳。最近我们根据一些资料的报导,从简单的过筛原理出发对型砂的湿度变化规律进行了一年多时间的摸索试验。寻求到了一种能够对型砂湿度进行有效测定和自动控制的方法——可
