美国对于自身的全球战略正在进行积极调整,大张旗鼓的“重返亚太”行为使得我们不得不考虑在我国周边的美国因素到底会不会威胁到我国的发展安全。而海湾战争作为美国进行的一场最成功的战争,美国发动这场战争的原因值得研究。本文从分析美国发动海湾战争的原因为途径,试图揭示美国在新世纪发动战争的一个底线,为我们应对重返亚太战略下的美国提供一定程度上的参考。 The United States is making positive adjustments to its own global strategy and the fanfare of “returning to the Asia-Pacific” has forced us to consider whether the U.S. factor around our country will in the end threaten the development of our country. As the most successful war in the United States conducted by the Gulf War, the reason why the United States started this war is worth studying. This article attempts to reveal the bottom line from which the United States launched the war in the new century by analyzing the reasons for the United States launching the Gulf War and providing some reference for our response to the United States’ return to the Asia-Pacific strategy.
