目的:观察肺癌患者外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群及 N K 细胞活性。方法:采用流式细胞分析法检测肺癌患者血中 T 淋巴细胞亚群及 N K 细胞活性。结果:Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肺癌与正常对照比较 T 淋巴细胞及 N K 细胞活性无明显差异,而Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肺癌 C D3、 C D4 及 N K 水平明显下降, C D8 明显升高。结论:肺癌患者外周血 T 细胞亚群及 N K 细胞活性联合测定可反映机体免疫机能状态。
Objective: To observe the peripheral T lymphocyte subsets and N K cell activity in lung cancer patients. METHODS: Flow cytometric analysis was used to detect T lymphocyte subsets and N K cell activity in lung cancer patients. Results: There was no significant difference in the activity of T lymphocytes and N K cells between stage I and stage II lung cancer and normal controls, while the levels of C D3, C D4 and N K in stage III and IV lung cancer were significantly decreased, and C D8 was significantly increased. Conclusion: The combined determination of T lymphocyte subsets and N K cell activity in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer can reflect the body’s immune function status.
