慢性泪囊炎是一种常见眼病,药物治疗多无效。泪囊摘除因术后遗留永久性流泪,除年老体弱者外,已少有人采用。自1904年Toti报告用泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗本病以来,迄今已有很大改进,成功率达80～90%以上。根据失败病例再手术所见,其重新阻塞的原因多系吻合的泪囊鼻粘膜前唇下坠与后唇相贴。为此,作者对吻合法作了某些改进,提高了疗效。现将132例的术后效果报导如下。 Chronic dacryocystitis is a common eye disease, drug treatment and more ineffective.
