针对民用飞机噪声合格审定中重复多次进行相关飞行试验造成的成本高、耗时长问题,为进一步降低民用飞机噪声合格审定成本、缩短审定周期,基于国际民航组织规定的飞机噪声合格审定等效程序建立原则,通过对飞机起飞和进场的噪声测量试验建立飞机噪声合格审定中的切入飞行程序,从而构建完整的切入飞行试验方法。以某型喷气式飞机为例,概述了10 dB降区间的确定方法;设计了切入飞行试验方法,对于未来ARJ21-700的衍生机型及C919的噪声合格审定具有重要的工程应用价值。
