根据地下水资源管理特点，提出了地下水资源管理信息系统建设为地理信息系统(GIS)与管理信息系统(MIS)的综合信息系统设计思想。对该系统的功能、结构和系统开发的软硬件环境进行了分析探讨。
According to the characteristics of groundwater resources management, this paper puts forward the design idea of constructing integrated information system of groundwater resource management information system into geographic information system (GIS) and management information system (MIS). The function, structure and system development of the system’s hardware and software environment were analyzed and discussed.
