研究甜樱桃品种的需冷量,筛选适合南方地区栽植的中、低需冷量品种。通过离体湿砂培养法,将低温积累到一定时间的甜樱桃枝条置于适宜条件下培养,3周后统计萌芽率,确定各品种需冷量区间范围,分析甜樱桃萌芽率变化和品种差异,并对不同地区的相同甜樱桃品种的需冷量进行比较。结果表明,需冷量在400~800h的品种最多,其中<600h的品种28个,发现采集样品时各品种所处的休眠阶段不同,不同地区的相同甜樱桃品种的需冷量差异较小。
To study the cold-tolerance of sweet cherry varieties, screening suitable medium and low cold-tolerance varieties for planting in the south. The sweet cherry shoots accumulated in low temperature for a certain period of time were cultured under suitable conditions through the in vitro wet sand culture method. After 3 weeks, the germination rate was calculated, and the range of the required cold tolerance of each variety was determined. The changes of sweet cherry germination rate and varieties were analyzed , And compare the required cooling capacity of the same sweet cherry varieties in different regions. The results showed that the most cold varieties in 400 ~ 800h varieties, of which <600h varieties 28, found that when the samples were collected during the dormancy stage is different, different regions of the same sweet cherry varieties of cold demand difference is small.
