2016年,在钢铁全行业产能过剩、亏损严重的严峻形势下,天铁公司遇到了前所未有的经营困难,扭亏脱困发展任务艰巨。根据当时的形势,公司采取部分职工居家休息、相应降低待遇水平等措施,部分职工产生迷茫焦虑、工作积极性下降等问题。公司积极主动做好困难时期职工思想动态管理,及时掌握员工的思想脉搏,答疑解惑、化解矛盾、保持职工队伍稳定,为企业脱困发展提供了思想保证。
In 2016, under the severe situation of overcapacity and serious losses in the entire steel industry, Tiantie encountered unprecedented operating difficulties and it was an arduous task to turn losses into difficulties. According to the situation at that time, the Company adopted some measures such as rest of workers at home, corresponding reduction in the level of treatment, etc., and some employees were confused and anxious with their work enthusiasm declining. The Company proactively managed the dynamic management of employee ideology in difficult times, timely grasped the pulse of employees, answering questions and doubts, resolving contradictions, and maintaining the stability of the workforce, which provided the ideological guarantee for the development of the enterprise.
