具有内装绘图能力的小型电子计算机的应用范围已经扩大到那些采用电子计算机辅助设计和辅助加工(CAD/CAM)技术是经济可行的领域。其应用之一是平锻机锻模的设计。由于绝大部分平锻机锻件是轴线对称的,它们的几何形状简单,不包含有大量的数据系列。本文叙述了一种在有16K内存和磁带外存的小型电子计算机上适用的人一机交换程序,适用于圆截面实心锻件的凸模和凹模模槽的设计。顶镦工步的设计采用了最大变形量。平锻机的选择,锻件图、顶镦工步图以及凸、凹模模槽的主截面图都是由计算机自动完成的。
The range of applications for small electronic computers with built-in graphics capabilities has been extended to those areas where it is economically viable to adopt computer-aided design and assisted machining (CAD / CAM) technology. One of its applications is forging machine forging die design. Because most of the forging machine forging is axisymmetric, their geometry is simple, does not contain a large number of data series. This article describes a man-machine exchange program that is suitable for small computers with 16K memory and tape memory for the design of punch and die slots in solid circular forged parts. The design of the upsetting step uses the maximum amount of deformation.
