建设学习型基层党组织是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程和组织保障。党的十七大以来,按照中央和省委的统一部署和要求,深圳对如何在非公有制经济组织中建设学习型基层党组织进行了积极有效的探索,积累了一定的实践经验。我们对此跟踪调研,就其进展情况、存在问题,以及今后如何加强和深化非公有制经济组织学习型基层党组织建设提出对策和思路。 Building a learning-based grass-roots party organization is the foundation engineering and organizational guarantee for building a learning-oriented Marxist party. Since the 17th CPC National Congress, in accordance with the unified arrangements and requirements of the Central and Provincial Governments, Shenzhen has conducted active and effective exploration of how to build a learning-based grass-roots party organization in non-public-owned economic organizations and accumulated some practical experience. We follow up on this research and put forward countermeasures and ideas on its progress and problems as well as how to strengthen and deepen the building of learning grassroots Party organizations in non-public-owned economic organizations in the future.
