为评价江垭大坝碾压混凝土的质量,在大坝上共进行了3批钻孔取样,取芯孔总深度超过350m。测定了芯样的容重、抗压强度、抗压弹模、渗透系数、抗剪强度等物理力学性能。还用改进的压水设备在坝上进行了压水试验,压水试验孔总深度超过500m。试验结果表明,芯样平均抗压强度换算为150mm立方体90d龄期的强度值约为20MPa,渗透系数可满足小于1×10-8cm/s的标准、透水率小于1Lu的压水段达93.7%,抗剪指标也满足要求。
In order to evaluate the quality of the RCC dam of Jiangya Dam, three batches of borehole samples were taken on the dam. The total core hole depth was over 350m. The physical and mechanical properties of core sample such as bulk density, compressive strength, compression modulus, permeability coefficient and shear strength were measured. A pressurized water test was also carried out on the dam with an improved water pressure equipment, with the total depth of the water test hole exceeding 500 m. The test results show that the average compressive strength of the core sample is 150mm cubes, the intensity of the 90d age is about 20MPa, the permeability coefficient can meet the standard of less than 1 × 10-8cm / s, and the hydraulic section with water permeability less than 1Lu reaches 93. 7%, shear index also meet the requirements.
