为观察铅对海马区长时程增强过程中蛋白激酶C(PKC)活性的影响,用0.1%醋酸铅喂养大鼠3个月后,在高频刺激下诱发海马齿状回产生长时程增强,测定PKC活性。结果:与对照组比较,细胞浆和细胞膜的PKC活性明显升高(P<0.001)。提示:PKC在铅干扰长时程增强中起关键性作用。
To observe the effect of lead on protein kinase C (PKC) activity during long-term potentiation in hippocampus, rats were fed with 0.1% lead acetate for 3 months and then induced by high frequency stimulation. Enhancement, determination of PKC activity. Results: Compared with the control group, the PKC activity of cytoplasm and cell membrane was significantly increased (P <0.001). Tip: PKC plays a key role in long-term potentiation of lead interference.
