目的建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定面食制品中铝含量的方法。方法采用混酸消解后获得的待测试液,以电感耦合等离子光谱法测定。结果铝在0~40 g/ml的线性范围内,线性相关系数达到0.999 8,6次平行试验,相对标准偏差小于4%。结论该法具有灵敏度高、检测限低、线性范围宽、操作方便、结果准确等特点,可以用于面制食品中铝的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of aluminum in pasta products by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Methods The solution to be tested after mixed acid digestion was determined by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry. Results The linear correlation coefficient of aluminum in the linear range of 0 ~ 40 g / ml reached 0.999 8 and 6 times in parallel. The relative standard deviation was less than 4%. Conclusion The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, low detection limit, wide linear range, convenient operation and accurate results. It can be used for the detection of aluminum in flour food.
