咖啡因,化学名称为1,3,7-三甲基黄嘌呤。由于其中枢神经兴奋作用及其它药理学作川而在临床得以广泛应用。新近发现咖啡因对支气管平滑肌有舒张作用,有报道咖啡因对儿童哮喘患者有支气管扩张效应,服用咖啡因10mg/kg 后肺功能各指标改善,与服用茶碱5mg/kg 后相似,且副作用小。本文旨在研究咖啡因对稳定期成人哮喘患者的支气管扩张效应,并观察服药前后不同时间咖啡因血浓度变化。
