本文测定20名健康成人的胃粘膜屏障功能和空腹胃液三羟胆酸含量。其中,16例胃液胆酸含量低,为13.48±2.92μg/ml胃液(M±SE),他们的胃粘膜屏障功能正常:Na~+净流出量0.907±0.078mEq/15′,H~+反弥散量—1.978±0.240mEq/15′,H~+净流出量1.889±0.556mEq/15′。其余4例胃液胆酸合量高,均大于35μg/ml,其屏障功能显示损害。统计分析,有显著的相关存在于空腹胃液三羟胆酸含量与Na~+净流出最(r=0.576,P<0.01)及H~+反弥散量(r=—0.503,P<0.05)之间。
