目的探讨病历复印工作模式及管理效果。方法分析目前病历复印工作现状和存在的问题。把人性化、预见性思维的理念应用于病历复印工作中。结果管理者从经验型管理转为科学管理,提高服务效能。结论改变服务理念,培养了病案管理者的主观能动性,更新了管理思维方式,从而提高了病历复印的效率。
Objective To explore the work mode and management effect of medical record copy. Methods Analyze the current situation and existing problems of medical record copy work. The concept of humanity, predictive thinking applied to the work of copying medical records. Results managers from empirical management to scientific management, improve service performance. Conclusion Changing the concept of service, cultivating the subjective initiative of medical record managers and updating the way of management thinking have improved the efficiency of medical record copy.
