基于热辐射涂料存在散热损失大、易脱落、使用寿命短等缺点,研制了FR-1热反射涂料。该涂料的节能原理是:降低炉衬的黑度,减小对辐射热的吸收率,增大反射率,使炉衬具有重辐射面的性质,在传热过程中作为中介物,将烟气和火焰的辐射热完全返回到炉内。分别在中国石化广州分公司、高桥分公司、中国石油玉门油田分公司进行了FR-1热反射涂料的工业试用,并在中国石化襄樊输油处加热炉上进行实际应用,结果表明:辐射炉管背面吸热量可提高1.5%,辐射室外壁温度可降低10%~15%,散热损失可减少30%~50%,燃料节约率达2%,全炉热效率可提高1%以上,炉年均热效率提高1%以上。 Based on the existence of thermal radiation coating heat loss, easy to fall, short life and other shortcomings, developed FR-1 heat-reflective coating.
