介绍了利用过氧化氢浸锰—氰化浸银新工艺处理锰银矿的工艺研究。当控制锰浸出率96%时,银的浸出损失率<2%;浸锰渣采用氰化法提银,NaCN用量1kg t渣、浸出时间6h,银浸出率达94 96%。浸锰—氰化两步浸出银的回收率大于93%。
This paper introduces the research on the process of treating manganese silver ore by using the new technology of hydrogen peroxide immersion manganese - cyanide leaching silver. When the leaching rate of manganese was controlled at 96%, the leaching loss of silver was less than 2%. The leaching residue of manganese leaching was enhanced by cyanidation, the dosage of NaCN was 1kg t, the leaching time was 6h and the leaching rate of silver was 94 96%. Manganese - cyanide two leaching silver recovery rate greater than 93%.
