As of 2035, the number of older citizens over the age of 80 will more than double today. Local governments will have to invest significant sums to build welfare housing - and today’s emerging buildings will have an impact on the future. Future aged citizens will be willing to choose to live in the heart of the city and form part of a passionate city life. We need to get rid of stereotypes; the elderly are no longer willing to hide away from the center of the city and live in the cemetery. The scarcity of staff in the current and future health-care sectors has made it necessary for us to improve the working conditions of these staff.
