学校体育是国家全民健身计划和奥运争光计划的基础,是为国家培养高素质体育人才的重要基地。普通高等学校高水平运动队的建设是高等教育的有机组成部分,是普通高等学校创办高水平大学的重要方面,同时也是我国竞技体育健康、持续发展的重要途径。本文就目前部分高校高水平运动队的现状进行分析,总结出存在问题及成功经验,从而探索高校高水平运动队建设的新思路,为进一步加强普通高校高水平运动队建设工作,提供参考依据。
School physical education is the foundation of national fitness program and Olympic glory program, and is an important base for national training of high-quality sports talents. The construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities is an integral part of higher education. It is an important aspect for colleges and universities to establish high-level universities. It is also an important way for the healthy and sustained development of sports in China. This article analyzes the status quo of some high-level sports teams in colleges and universities and sums up the existing problems and successful experiences so as to explore new ideas for the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities and provide reference for further strengthening the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities.
