唐代白居易曾说:“仁圣之本,在乎制度而已。”同理,个人的成长、班级的良好运转也离不开班规约束和保障。去年,我接手高一(6)班,这是一个新组建的理科班,学生来自年级27个班,绝大多数相互不熟悉(注:我校是在高一下学期进行文理科分班)。因此,建班伊始,我就和学生开始探讨研究班级制度文化的建设事宜,并制定了各种班级管理章程,为班级营造了良好的制度文化环境。

Therefore, at the beginning of my class building, I started to discuss with students about the construction of the class system culture and formulated various regulations on the management of the class so as to create a good institutional and cultural environment for the class.
