目的分析此次食物中毒的原因和可疑危险因素,提出合理的预防控制建议,同时探讨该起食物中毒调查处置情况。方法通过现场流行病学和实验室检测分析事件的原因和可疑危险因素。结果本次食物中毒患者26例,男女性别比为1∶1.17,平均年龄为30.32岁,发病潜伏期中位数为7 h;症状以腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐为主,乏力、发热、头痛和头晕等偶发;8份患者粪便样本和2份食品样本检出副溶血性弧菌。结论该事件为一起疑似副溶血性弧菌食物中毒事件,引发食品可能为花蛤和蛏子,建议开展相关食品安全和卫生知识的宣传教育,督促餐饮机构提高自我管理能力,增强责任意识,防止类似事件再次发生。
Objective To analyze the causes and suspicious risk factors of food poisoning and put forward some reasonable suggestions on prevention and control. At the same time, we discussed the investigation and disposal of food poisoning. Methods The causes of the events and suspicious risk factors were analyzed by field epidemiology and laboratory tests. Results The food poisoning patients in 26 cases, male to female ratio was 1: 1.17, the average age was 30.32 years, the median incubation period was 7 h; symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, fever, headache and Dizziness and other occasional; eight patients stool samples and two food samples detected Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Conclusions This incident is a suspected food poisoning of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, which may cause clam and razor clam food. It is recommended that publicity and education on food safety and hygiene should be carried out to urge food and beverage organizations to improve self-management ability and sense of responsibility to prevent similar The incident happened again.
