本文采用生理盐水对照的方法,肯定了归红液(当归、红花组成)阻遏兔内毒素血症血中β-葡萄糖醛酸酶和组织蛋白酶 D 的升高作用。单味当归和单味红花也有同样作用,但弱于归红液,提示归红液阻遏内毒素血症时,血中溶酶的升高可能是当归和红花的协同作用。
In this study, the control effect of Guihongye (the composition of Angelica sinensis and Carthamus tinctorius) on the inhibition of β-glucuronidase and cathepsin D in rabbit endotoxemia was confirmed by the control method of physiological saline. The single-scented Angelica sinensis and single-flavored safflowers also had the same effect, but were weaker than the Guihong liquor, suggesting that when the red liquor represses endotoxemia, the increase of lysozyme in the blood may be a synergistic effect of Angelica sinensis and safflower.
