近年来文献中提到的逆行荧光神经元标记物已有多种,但这些标记物均存在某些缺点和不足。我们发现国产酸性荧光染料达旦黄(简称TY,化学纯,批号781002,亭新,上海)有沿轴突逆行运送至神经细胞并似无扩散和损伤神经组织的缺点。本研究用大白鼠27只.将5—10%TY作单侧尾壳核、舌肌、颈段脊髓注射。在上述3只单侧尾壳核或/和舌注射TY动物中,其另一侧注射10—20%樱草黄(Pr)。存活期4小时至21天后灌注10%福马林或能诱发儿茶酚胺荧光的Faglu液,取脑,冰切,有些尾壳核注射部位作石蜡切片,焦油紫染色。用Ni-
There are many retrograde fluorescent neuron markers mentioned in the literature in recent years, but these markers all have some shortcomings and deficiencies.
