用健康成年狗,分别切取两侧部分下颌骨,在保留或不保留骨膜的条件下,分别经液氮冰冻处理后再植或不冰冻立即再植进行同体对照实验。结果表明,无论保留或不保留骨膜,冰冻处理后再植的下颌骨均能诱导新骨生长,其愈合过程、成骨方式及速度两者均一至。因此可用切除的自体下颌骨经液氮冰冻后再植修复下颌骨缺损。文章讨论了冰冻下颌骨诱导新骨生长的愈合过程、方式和速度,以及判断新骨形成的标准。
With healthy adult dogs, the mandibular parts of both sides were excised, respectively, with or without retention of periosteum, respectively, after liquid nitrogen freezing treatment or replantation or frozen immediately replantation control experiments. The results showed that the mandibular bone replanted after cryogenic treatment could induce the growth of new bone with or without periosteal retention. The healing process, osteogenesis and velocity were both uniform. Therefore, resected mandibular autograft can be used to repair mandibular defects after liquid nitrogen freezing. The article discusses the healing process, mode and speed of cryogenic mandible-induced new bone growth as well as criteria for determining new bone formation.
