冷湖炼油厂管式常压装置的加热爐,需要一座直径1米、高32米的鋼質烟囱。根据柴达木的气象条件,通过計算,需要由10毫米、8毫米、6毫米三种鋼板分三段制成。但我們仅有4.5毫米、3毫米二种鋼板,因此我們因材设計,用此二种鋼板建成了一座合乎要求的烟囱。茲将該烟囱的结构、施工及使用情况簡介如下。烟囱的結构见图1。囱壁23.4米以下采用4.5毫米鋼板,23.4米以上采用3毫米鋼板。10米以上捲制成直筒形,10米以下成錐形。烟囟顶部內径为1000毫米,底部內径为2000毫米。为了增加烟囱的强度,我們采用了以角鋼(60×40×6)作横向加强圈的办法,在直筒部分每隔600毫米加一道,用对接两面銲;在錐形部分每隔500毫米加一道,采用50/150間断焊(如图2所示),並且每圈之間均采
