目的研究心电信号QRS复波检测中单个波形起始和终止位置的精确判定。方法为了在动态心电监护中设计信号自动分析算法,本文以滤波积分后所形成的窗口为基准,从滤波结果中获取Q波和S波波峰的准确位置。结果以此为基础,在波峰处引入一条简单的辅助直线,用直线和ECG波形之间的垂直距离作为判断Q波和S波边界的依据。结论大量数据检验结果表明,该计算法具有计算简便,误差率低等优点,约为1个采样点。与国际通用软件相比,其S波边界定位精度有显著提高。
Objective To study the precise determination of the start and end positions of a single waveform in QRS complex detection of ECG. Methods In order to design automatic signal analysis algorithm in Holter monitoring, this paper takes the window formed by filter integral as a reference to get the accurate position of Q wave and S wave peak from the filter result. Results Based on this, a simple auxiliary line was introduced at the crest and the vertical distance between the straight line and the ECG waveform was used as a basis for judging the Q-wave and S-wave boundaries. Conclusion A large number of data test results show that this method has the advantages of simple calculation and low error rate, which is about 1 sample point. Compared with the international common software, the S-wave boundary location accuracy is significantly improved.
