卡托普利治疗高血压病的药理学分析

目的 分析卡托普利治疗高血压病的临床效果及药理学机制.方法 选取2019年1-10月福建省立医院内科门诊收治的高血压患者130例纳入研究,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各65例.对照组口服氢氯噻嗪治疗,观察组则使用卡托普利治疗,均治疗8周,治疗结束后比较2组降压疗效及用药安全性.结果 治疗8周后,2组患者血压均较治疗前得到一定控制,且观察组收缩压、舒张压下降更为明显(P<0.01),观察组降压总有效率为95.38%高于对照组的76.92%(x2=9.286,P=0.002);2组治疗后血尿常规、肝肾功能及心电图检查,结果均无明显异常,不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 卡托普利治疗高血压病具有良好的降压效果,且安全性高,建议作为高血压的首选药物推广应用.
