黄腊李是我区南丹县优良地方品种,也是中国李(Prunus salicina Lindl.)优良品种之一。具有高产、稳产、早熟、果实大、品质优良等优点。25~30年生树株产350~400斤,大小年不明显,五月底至六月初果实成熟,果皮黄色并有鲜红霞色,平均单果重56.2克,最大单果重75克,果实味甜汁多,可食部分达97%。据调查,目前优良株为数不多。因此,繁殖材料严重不足,种苗供不应求。为加快优选株的繁殖,在短期内能对开发山区资源有明显的经济效益,从1985年起,我们进行了黄腊李苗木嫁接和组织培养的试验,初步摸索出用三华李作中间砧木比单用毛桃作砧木效果好。用幼茎离体培养诱导腋生从芽已获得完整植株。现将初步试验结果报告如下:
