某金矿氰化尾渣浮选试验研究

某金矿的氰化尾渣中主要金属矿物包括可回收的有价金属元素铜、铅、锌。针对该氰化尾渣铜锌分离困难等问题,采用“铜铅混合浮选-铜铅分离-铜铅混选尾矿选锌”流程,在适宜条件下,得到铜品位为24.01%、回收率为90.49%的铜精矿;铅品位为67.80%、回收率为59.67%的铅精矿;锌品位45.93%,回收率为73.07%的锌精矿。 The main metallic minerals in the cyanide tailings of a gold mine include recyclable metals, copper, lead and zinc. In order to solve the problem of separation of copper and zinc from cyanidation tailings, copper grade was 24.01% under the appropriate conditions, using "copper-lead mixed flotation-copper-lead separation-copper- Copper concentrate with the recovery rate of 90.49%, lead concentrate with the lead grade of 67.80% and recovery rate of 59.67%, zinc concentrate with the grade of 45.93% and the recovery rate of 73.07%.
