前向散射式云滴粒子探测器散射光探测效率高、结构简单,是目前50μm以内云滴粒子探测的重要仪器之一。建立了基于前向散射原理的云滴粒子探测器,利用固定于多维调整平台的微米量级的小孔光阑模拟周期性出现于探测区域的小粒子,并沿光轴方向前后平移小孔光阑的位置,获得系统的景深。使用5,10和30μm 3种固定尺寸的标准粒子对系统进行了标定,获得了系统对不同尺寸标准粒子的响应曲线,利用米氏散射原理计算分析了系统对标准粒子与云滴粒子响应的对应关系,利用该关系得到系统对云滴粒子的响应曲线,该响应曲线可以用于云滴粒子粒径谱的测量。
The forward-scattering cloud droplet particle detector has the advantages of high detection efficiency and simple structure, and is one of the important instruments for cloud particle detection within 50μm.
