文章通过语言隐喻性本性的阐述，提出了隐喻同样是人类理性的题中应有之义的思想．并以数学史中逻辑与直觉、精确与模糊的互补性，科学范式中的人文价值因素为佐证，论述了隐喻是科学与人文互补整合机制的一个方面或环节。而理性忘却了其隐喻的基础和功能，人类为此付出了沉重的代价（如全球性问题）。文章通过对科学前沿有关“不确定性”信息的反思．认为“不确定性”并不是什么“科学的终结”．而是意味着无限发展的可能性，预示着一种新的科学范式的诞生乃至一场新的科学革命的来临。其核心是超越旧的理性形式、建构新的理性形式。
Through the elaboration of linguistic metaphorical nature, the article puts forward the idea that metaphor is also the proper meaning of human rationality. And it is supported by the logic and intuition in the history of mathematics, the complementarity between accuracy and vagueness, and the humanistic value in the scientific paradigm. It expounds that metaphor is an aspect or link of the mechanism of complementarity of science and humanity. While rationality obliterates the foundation and function of its metaphors, mankind has to pay a heavy price (such as global problems). The article through the scientific front of the “uncertainty” of the reflection of information. Think “uncertainty” is not what “the end of science”. But means the possibility of unlimited development, indicating the birth of a new scientific paradigm and even the advent of a new scientific revolution. Its core is to surpass the old rational form and construct a new rational form.
