管理与伦理具有非常密切的关系 ,它们都建立在对人性做了善的价值评判这一共同基础之上 ,并都具有协调关系以形成秩序这一共同的价值指向。管理与伦理是相互涵包的关系 ,即管理之中有伦理 ,伦理具有特殊的管理功能 ,这种关系为管理与伦理具有双向互动的价值提供了可能。管理对于伦理来说 ,可以为伦理奠定基础 ,调节伦理生活 ,建构伦理秩序 ,推动伦理更新 ;伦理对于管理来说 ,具有调节—整合、认识—评价、教育—改造、激励—升华等价值。
There is a very close relationship between management and ethics. All of them are based on the common foundation of making good value judgments on human nature and all have the common value point of coordinating relations to form order. Management and ethics are mutually intertwined relations, that is, there are ethical management, ethics have special management functions, this relationship between management and ethics has the value of two-way interaction possible. For ethics, it can lay the foundation for ethics, regulate ethical life, construct ethical order and promote ethical renewal. Ethics has the value of regulation - integration, cognition - evaluation, education - reform, motivation - sublimation for management.
