单一低透气性突出煤层,瓦斯预抽难度大、效率低,严重制约了煤矿生产效率。以焦煤公司主力矿井为试验区,利用工作面采动影响下产生的卸压作用,从分析影响抽采效率的因素入手,通过卸压带瓦斯抽采装置研制,抽采技术参数优化,探讨了提高卸压带瓦斯抽采效率的途径和方法。在此基础上,进一步研究并实践了工作面浅孔抽采技术、扇形钻孔抽采技术、网格抽采技术,现场实践和数据表明,卸压区是瓦斯快速高效抽采的理想区域,综合抽采技术的应用,大大减少了工作面瓦斯涌出量,降低了煤与瓦斯突出危险性,为焦作矿区单一低透气性突出煤层工作面瓦斯治理探索了新途径。
