简单介绍结温、热阻测试的重要性及电学法测试原理。以1 W白光LED灯珠为研究对象,通过小电流测试K系数法测量灯珠的结温、热阻,利用不同的测试电流进行测试。通过测试分析发现,在避免灯珠有明显发热的测试电流下,对结温、热阻的测试结果没有太大的影响。
Brief introduction of the junction temperature, the importance of the thermal resistance test and the electrical test principle. With 1 W white LED lamp beads as the research object, the K-factor method of small current test was used to measure the junction temperature and thermal resistance of the lamp beads. The test was conducted with different test currents. Through the test analysis found that, in the test to avoid the lamp beads have a significant fever, the junction temperature, thermal resistance test results did not have much effect.
