本文通过试验的方法对比分析了传统热压罐工艺复合材料框和RTM工艺低成本复合材料框的承弯能力,通过典型试验件成本的统计的方式,比较两种成型工艺下的复合材料框制造成本。分析结果表明,RTM工艺复合材料框与热压罐工艺复合材料框相比承载能力降低21%,制造成本降低30%。热压罐工艺和RTM工艺复合材料框均可用于机身普通框结构设计。
In this paper, comparative analysis of the traditional autoclave process composite box and RTM process low-cost composite materials frame bending capacity, through the statistical method of typical test pieces of the cost of comparing the two molding process under the composite box manufacturing cost. The analysis results show that the carrying capacity of RTM process composite frame is 21% lower than that of autoclave process composite frame, and the manufacturing cost is reduced by 30%. Autoclave technology and RTM process composite frame can be used for body frame structure design.
