目的观察局部应用康复新液治疗缺血性糖尿病足的疗效。方法采用随机的方法将糖尿病足患者68例分为两组:治疗组采用康复新液局部外敷治疗(38例),对照组采用普通胰岛素加山莨菪碱外敷治疗(30例)。比较两组治疗前后溃疡愈合率、足背血流速度及经皮氧分压等情况。结果局部应用康复新液治疗组溃疡愈合率显著快于对照组(P<0.01),经皮氧分压、足背动脉血流速度均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论局部应用康复新液治疗,能够增加局部血液供应,提高机体免疫功能,促进创面坏死组织脱落,加速创面修复,有助于糖尿病足的康复。
Objective To observe the curative effect of topical Kangfuxin Solution on ischemic diabetic foot. Methods A total of 68 patients with diabetic foot were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was treated with Kangfuxin solution (38 cases), while the control group was treated with ordinary insulin plus anisodamine (30 cases). The healing rate of ulcer, dorsal flow velocity and transcutaneous oxygen pressure were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The healing rate of ulcer in topical application of Fufuxin solution was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The transcutaneous oxygen pressure and dorsalis pedis artery blood flow velocity were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Local application of Kangfuxin solution can increase local blood supply, improve immune function, promote the wound necrotic tissue shedding, accelerate the wound repair, and help the recovery of diabetic foot.
