考察了pH值对弱电解质捕收剂盐酸十八胺的影响,确定了盐酸十八胺在超纯水中和饱和氯化钾溶液中的临界胶束浓度(CMC)分别为9×10-4 mol/L,4×10-5 mol/L(298K,pH=6);使用激光粒度仪测定不同浓度下十八胺胶体的体积粒径和数量粒径的变化,对CMC点进行了验证.微浮选实验说明:盐酸十八胺浓度到达CMC点时氯化钾收率高达91.5%,有显著提高;表面性质参数计算结果表明溶液中离子强度越高,胶束形成的自由能变化(ΔG0mic)越小,越容易形成胶团.
The effect of pH value on octadecylamine hydrochloride, a weak electrolyte collector, was investigated. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of octadecylamine hydrochloride in ultrapure water and saturated potassium chloride solution was determined to be 9 × 10-4 mol / L and 4 × 10-5 mol / L (298K, pH = 6). The changes of volume fraction and volume fraction of octadecyl amine colloid under different concentrations were measured by laser particle sizer. The micro-flotation experiments showed that the yield of potassium chloride reached 91.5% when the octadecyl amine concentration reached the CMC point. The results of the surface property parameters showed that the higher the ionic strength in the solution, the more the free energy of the micelles formed (ΔG0mic ) The smaller, the easier it is to form micelles.
